List of most requested features for .hbs files

Hello, im map editor and as we all can see, you are back to updating haxball, so i prepared a list of the most expected map features.

• Raising the vertex limits to a more reasonable value. As far as I know, in 2018 you wrote that the limit will not be raised, probably due to game performance. But I hope that it could be circumvented somehow, because currently this limit is very limited. #435 #1542 #1848
• One of the workarounds to the above problem would be to increase the thickness of the segments. #1346
• Another proposal would be to improve the "Joints" system. Adding collisions (cMask, cGroup) #1148 #1064 Adding the ability to define curves.
• The ability to turn off disc visibility with visible: false, as well as turn off the disc border with border: false.
• Possibility to add gradient walls and gradient background #1365
• Alpha colors using RGBA or new property e.g. alpha: 0.3

Of course, I encourage other map makers to share their opinions or add their own proposals in this thread.

One alternative that I saw mentioned elsewhere to circumvent the vertex limit is making a new 'category' for "decorations" i.e. 256 new segments with no colision, meant only for aesthetics. It would be a stopgap feature until the 8bit -> 16bit jump.
