The game is dying, we need the devs to do a clutch #2093

Devs should make new updates, we want a future for haxball, it's barely 2024 and there are only 1723 players online, isn't that worrying ?

The dev hasn't the updated the game in like 6 months and there are 0 excuses for that

Years ago, back in the days of flash, we were all asking for a dedicated app so we wouldn't use crappy browsers to play the game, to add the game to steam so there would be more players. The game is long dead now, and it had huge potential. So many years wasted, now it's too late to do anything. The fact that we don't know anything about further plans, can't even get answers to anything, shows the state the game is in and will continue to be in. There is no hope.

Apart from the game, just look at the decline of issues activity with closed issues included. On the first page (at the time of writing this comment) the first and last issues are roughly 3 months apart. Whereas page 5 spans less than 1 month.

I know that people have lives and stuff but like, can't he hire devs ? i'm sure hundreds of people wouldn't mind helping for free considering haxball has a pretty mature community since kids don't play browser games anymore lol
