Reverse Connection - Failed #322

i cannot enter some rooms, it says reverse connections, and when i open a rooms, some people can join me, and some not. http://prntscr.com/jm18g7 http://prntscr.com/jm18qd

There is a kind of router for which connecting will work only in one direction which is why HaxBall tries the "reverse connection". You probably have one of these routers.

If you try to join a user that has the same kind of problematic router then connection will fail, since no matter which direction the connection happens in one of the two will always fail.

I don't have any help I can offer about this problem at the moment.

so the problem is the router?, if i change a router, will it work?

As long as your new router doesn't have the same problem, yes.

Hey, still no update on this? I've been having the same problem, the thing is, it happens to most rooms for me, and I find it wierd that the people who have the problem are creating rooms with 12 players.
