/kick_ratelimit for SPECIFIC players #895

yup, thats what we need. cuz not all players using macro. it would be great to set specific players kick rate lmit.

Like:

jason = 0 0 0 matt = 3 0 0 AlwaYsSpAMbAttLexXxFoRtNiTeGayDuDe 15 0 0

/kick_ratelimit #3 15 0 0

and our fortnite gay dude has no choices except play with his own skill. and it wont effect others. cuz we can easily see who is macro player, even by his play style.

Typical macro player:

higher extrapolation (100-200) always randomly shaking while moving doing pixel fake thing every single time. (frame bug) always playing in corner

I can't even understand how you can think it's a good idea tbh, the kick-limiter is one of the nicest thing in haxball, it makes everyone equal, you want to limit someone's spam because you think he's better than yours with or even without macro ? Now we simply have an equal game regarding this point.

I want to limit macro players. I am pro player and I can understand who is macro and who is not. So, I can deal with macro players like that. I know people who can win spam battles with their own fingers. And also I know some people always use macro to win battles too. So it would be an good "OPTION" to deal with specific people.
