var a ==-2; gives error #423

This seems to be the same as https://github.com/HaxeFoundation/hscript/issues/33, which seems to be fixed in the latest hscript. Let's just make sure to use the wip build on github if there isn't a release before we finish this!

just confirmed that it's fixed there, along with a=!3 and the like
