Haxeui above heaps UI at same level #41

For two UI elements at the same level, the HaxeUI one will now be above the Heaps one. It allows using Heaps' UI element to hold HaxeUI elements and still be able to interact with the latter. A typical use case would be using a Flow to hold HaxeUI's elements and using the interactive of that Flow to disable interaction with 3D elements under the Flow's UI.
