Is this license compatible with wxWidgets?

"The wxWindows Library Licence is essentially the L-GPL (Library General Public Licence), with an exception stating that derived works in binary form may be distributed on the user's own terms. This is a solution that satisfies those who wish to produce GPL'ed software using wxWidgets, and also those producing proprietary software."

At the end of the day hxWidgets is just a binding to wxWidgets, but with an additional license that conflicts with the underlying license, because you're using a license that cannot be used for proprietary reasons without asking for your permission first to license on their own terms.

Can you please review this.

Its a good point. Ive discussed with @ibilon and its probably simpler (and safer) to just use the same licence as wxWidgets itself... its fairly permissive and simply means there arent any issues with compatibility. Will update it at some point today.
