updated HaxeCBridge to fix windows compilation errors

This gets the build to pass and generate the DLL. But, it doesn't seem to work with the integration. Hopefully this will save you some time.

Thanks for this @skylerparr, life got better of me this weekend but this is still on my mind and I plan to make headway when I get free moments

Hey @skylerparr, thanks for your help here, finally got to this over 6 months later! Windows is working now after some thread handling tweaks
