installer stuck on "We're just setting up your database. This can take a little while." #64

Hi. I get above Error. in fact, the installer is stuck in "We're just setting up your database. This can take a little while." I changed the root user privilege in MySQL but it still has problem. do you have any idea?

Got the same error, just changed database to Postgres
