remote content reference, trim to known sources

• [ ] dropdown for local which could hit internal endpoint for additional sites the user owns (this could be useful for other things later and is similar to a HAXiam user count / API for querying known sites / users
• [ ] support for adding a new source which references remotely
• [ ] take into account addresses having more paths than required. If iam, switch to oer. If oer, make sure it ends in /sites/who1234/name/ so that we can find a site.json without them having to supply a specific address

This could maybe use a specific program in Merlin like goto site but instead of going to it your searching through content as it loads off the site JSON results and displays
