[feature request] HAX file management (delete / upload) #1744

Room for improvement

Currently, there's no way to manage uploaded files for users. One can search through 'insights tab' > media content, but you can't click on them, delete them, etc. An example: We have a faculty member upload multiple copies of a pdf file, but they want to remove older versions, they're unable.

Another example would be the worksheet-download element. This element doesn't have a UI for file upload. So users manually upload files through the HAX file-upload in edit mode, and then manually copy/paste the src url from that file into src for worksheet-download.

removed file upload aspect since that was added into worksheet-download. Issue is now around file management and needing a delete endpoint added so that we can remove files via merlin search results from local file system
