Not sure the best place for this metadata, could be a variation of the wc-registry format but just for themes for the HAXsite. It would be good if it figured out what was a valid theme and then made that an option. While this is a developer command it would be implications for the Theme / boilerplate abstraction effort that needs to happen as part of Destroy.

@winstonwumbo @AshleySantana have a conversation about this next week when your both in. There's overlap in needs for the data that Ashley is assembling to power the #1462 project which winston can use in #2023 and also in this issue (tho this is far less important than the two use-cases you are working on)
