after the meeting yesterday there were no concerns raised about the design system adoption aside from wanting to test a few layouts / specific courses prior to full implementation. This is reasonable and something we do (even if rapidly) using X and staging prior to roll out. The team agreed that while this might normally be a 'major change' we are going from no design system, to a design system and so any push toward making things look more intentional when that has been a large critique previously, while major, is not major as in blocking. This is something that the sooner everything looks better the sooner we move on to the next thing to remove barriers.
