Lecture mode is like browser reading mode #1935

Themes would have to support this (probably) but if..

a page has a video player
and a page has text / headings
and those text / headings have #1934 associations to the video

We should have enough data to generate a play list as an alternative method of displaying that information.

How

Click button for presentation mode
wrap body content area in some kind of lecture-slide-player tag
Heading is anchor linked; this becomes the title of the slide, timecode on click
Content between headings becomes the text of the slide
