If in video chunking mode you can start at a certain timepoint and then we can stop at another once we pass it.
We might want to remove the seek bar as a way of making this happen, otherwise people jump all around and it defeats the point of the clip. This is for things like playing 5 minutes of a youtube video where we have no control over start and stop othewise / cutting since it's not ours.
