4 months ago - back end should be able to work via iamCONFIG.php modification
- need to test on x and stage extensively
- need to capture site access level so that it can verify that if you access on OER that it allows that
- default / no setting will always be that it's open
- Setting should be just like the 'share' link options except it will enforce this relationship
