[ ] if building a theme we'll need a way to ensure that the entryway works regardless without hitting a cdn directly, or try some kind of fallback mechanism. that or if you have a custom theme, then resources have to come locally bc your doing your own thing (more likely solution)
[ ] copy build directory for when working this way so they have a copy
[ ] test if a file in build exists (maybe the json file we keep around). If it's not there, then do the app rewriting in express to use public's copy. This way sites can always ship their own copy if they want to run independently
