Cody texted me the following in Teams:

"also if it ever becomes possible to auto pull down caption files from YouTube it will make my job soooooo much simpler"

"When I last asked about snagging youtube captions there was an issue where they weren't at all consistent with which file format they used, which may still be the case"

I'm not positive on the format return piece but we definitely need to hit an API in a certain way in order to access the data. Maybe this is a good project for a student to start into
