Most users will have to earn points before giving them to another user, or go through the delayed process of clicking send a point on their profile.
There should be organizations that we certify, that can create points out of thin air. Perhaps its even a temporary designation (perhaps not). But I think it will be necessary for an organization to be able to create points, other than ourselves, the app. For fairness, and transparency, I think so.
