Send point via SMS #121

A user should be able to send a text to our phone number, and give a user a point.

So they would send a text with the username to xxx-yyy-zzzz. Plivo will forward to our servers, we get their phone number. If the phonenumber is allowed to send a point, we do. we send back to them Thanks! Along with a link to install Easyah. (See linksense.io, linktexting.com) the link would send them to the appropriate store for their device.

They send the username to be pointed in the message.
