NextJS / Performance optimizations. #290

Changes

  1. Adds NextJS for SEO / Performance
  2. Removes styled-components in favour of scss css-modules for performance
  3. Adds tag in a few places and does some lazy script loading for AddressFinder
  4. Optimizes google font saving 1 critical request
  5. FCP and LCP times greatly reduced

Sets is up nicely to add:

Before this is merged we'll have to move the DNS to my vercel so it doesn't cause downtime.
