[BUG] Live Stream automatically Stops after few mins #48

Describe the bug Live streaming on the RTMP endpoints received from Instagram stops after approx 15 mins.

Additional context we see following error thrown from media server when this happen NetConnectionCallResults.handleResult[116:0]: params: AMFDataList: [0] _result, [1] 0.0, [2] null, [3] undefined

Found it was an issue with the encoder. Closing this.
