Add support for .heic photo files

What is the problem you are trying to solve with this feature?

When i try to add pictures straight from Apple photos app by drag and drop the picture was uploaded, but didnt show after saving like a picture, but rather like attachment file. When i click on it I get garbage output ( like a RAW flie)

What is the solution you are proposing?

Add support to .heic pictures

What alternatives have you considered?

Im not sure cause im not programmer, but when uploader dosen't accept .heic file apple photos automatically convert this to .jpeg file. Maybe this is the way to deal with this but it require some testing.

Added some from Android (some of the apps have this as a space saving feature) and encountered similar results.
