Support SSH remotes and/or HTTP Auth #97

It would be awesome Scaffold could support SSH remotes and/or HTTP Auth (possibly interactively?), so that private repos could be used as Scaffolds.

I would be happy to take a stab at a PR if this sounds like something you'd like to support!
