Coffee-Script class compatibility #54

I notice that coffeescript class is not compatible with Stapes.

I've done some few changes to be able to use the coffeescript classes

These commits are both quite old now, could you please check and see if they are still working and add a small docs entry?

Thanks for your PR. Coffeescript class compatibility is not a design goal for Stapes, so i'm not merging it.
