Add way to mark and unmark items as 'done' for advanced users

For some categories it's immediatly clear that all items should be marked as done, e.g.

It might be useful to have a way to complete 'mark' or 'unmark' this item for users with more than,say, 500 edits.

This needs a couple of things

• A way authenticate users by the number of edits they made
• A way to count the number of edits a user has made in the API
