add mic input #38

add "mic input" support, using theevann/streamlit-audiorecorder.

Attention: after applying this PR, streamlit must run on https mode, in order to use "mic input" due to browser security of local media (microphone) access.

Checked on WSL2/Ubuntu22.04 and Ubunbu Server 20.04.
