Twittering-mode no longer connects to twitter #105

Authorization for the account "gnuvince" failed due to "HTTP/1.1 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable".

This message has been occurring for the past two months, and not once have I been able to connect. Makes twittering-mode effectively completely unfunctional.
