Hello first let me thank you for this wonderful package, it has become my main Twitter client and I love it :)

I had a question, is it possible to highlight the current tweet my cursor is on? It would ease browsing my timeline and I couldn't figure out how to do it by myself.

+1 fwiw. It would be nice to box tweets at the very least.
