Switch to *twitter* buffer before launching #80

Stops twittering-mode from clearing the current buffer - which in some cases means losing data.

It looks like this is no longer an issue. I've tested using a temporary buffer (C-x b blahblahblah) and then starting twit; I could return to my previous buffer and nothing was harmed. I think i'm running on 6be36cf0d4a06c17f771728b3a325a66e3795b3d.

This hasn't happened for me either. I'm running from current master, in Emacs 24.4.
