@feliz34, open "Extensions", click in "Store", search for "table". Among the extensions must be one named "Markdown Table Editor", which it is this one.

You have a demo video in the README of this repository and the "Shortcuts" section. If you still have doubts, maybe this video by Alan Young may help you.

As a side note, please, try to not write sentences completely capitalized to emphasize something, because it transmits to other users you are yelling them. Bold and italics are enough if you want to emphasize.
