Links to pages on the home page which show images as well.

I currently have three images in square-ish shape with text overlayed on the top which is almost impossible to read. I could change the opacity but another thing i dont like is the basic look it has. I also don't like the white throughout the whole page and am going to make the explore section have an opaqued grey instead.

I think that this look is much better and has more contrast with the text and is very obvious for my users and meets the end user considerations. It also provides accessibility (relevant implication) to my pages and it makes it easier for users to see "Learn More" as a button instead of just images as links which isnt very obvious for all users that arent as technologically minded.
