Mobile view #8

Option does not appear in iitcs mobile view mode (ie iitc app or browser set to mobile view) also name of plugin shows up as 'unknown'

I'm looking into this -- currently, having trouble getting mobile IITC to recognize downloaded plugins.

In any case, I think it might be good to have an add marker icon (map control) and remove marker icon under the draw tools control as well on the portal details screen. Would this be useful for you?

Also, refine/change the pop-up message regarding the portal details not being available. Add a phrase like "or if you have selected a portal, wait for the portal details to be loaded."

The name of the plugin in the About IITC dialog is showing as "Add and Remove Marker - [non-standard plugin]. Where is the name of the plugin showing up as 'unknown'?

The latest version, 1.2017.01.17, address the issues. Please let me know if they were fixed on your mobile device.
