aclcheck does not accept options #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
The wiki page describes the commandline options for the command
'aclcheck.py'. lib/aclcheck.py does not accepts any commandline options.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected a program (aclcheck.py) in the root install dir which accepts
commandline options as described in the wikepage.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
svn rev 98, ubuntu 9.10

Please provide any additional information below.
Attached aclcheck_run.py that does the job. Please note: I am not an
experienced programmer and with no python experience at all, so any
improvement is appreciated.

I've added an "aclcheck_cmdline.py" to the top directory which provides the 
desired functionality.  I'll update the wiki as well.
