screen saver (?) problem in steel #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open steel
2. Wait for panels to hide
3. Tada!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally it shows the browser screen, but the screen dims instead.

What build are you using? 
5.0.2h
Do you have apps-on-sd?
No
What radio? 
Your release
Did you wipe after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
Yes
