[5.0G] Sound stops working while receiving a call when playing music #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Listening to mp3s via headset
2. A call arrives or another app tries to play a sound

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should hear the caller, but nothing to hear. After hung up, no sound
anymore in no app! Reboot required!

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
5.0G, no apps-on-sd, rc-33 radio, wipe

Please provide any additional information below.
Occurs also if another app tries to play a sound (like cardiotracker) =>
sounds dead!

This happens in 5.0.1G as well, audio driver crashes if any other sound tries 
to play 
while mp3s or another over laying sound is working.

this happens on the H build 5.0.2H was playing MP3 and then i recieved an SMS 
sound
died and vibrate died...phone rebooted every SMS recieved from there phone 
rebooted :/
