Screen Stays on During Call #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Dial  Phone Number
2.Stay on the phone with them
3. Notice the phone getting very warm and the LCD screen stays on during
call wasting battery life.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected for the screen to have a timeout period during a phone call.
Instead the screen stays on during the entire duration of the call killing
your battery life.

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
Using build 5.0.2h with the updated Radio, and the phone was wiped after
installing new ROM.

Please provide any additional information below.
