Possibility to set up a proxy server in wifi connection. #139

The feature I would like to see is:
In private connection, the wifi signal is over a proxy server, so you have
to set up the ip of proxy in the wifi connection. Android doesn´t allow
this set up.

The build I want this on is:

Additional information that may help:
There is a app in the market but only work for the browser, not for sync,
or market.
