APN settings for AT&T #147

The feature I would like to see is: the addition of at&t APN settings

The build I want this on is: all of the builds (ideally)

Additional information that may help:

APN: wap.cingular
Proxy: leave blank
Port: leave blank
Username:WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password:CINGULAR1
Server: leave blank
MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com

Entering manually would not be a problem but on build 5.0.2Hr3 i cannot type in 
the 
MMS Proxy field, it only lets me import numbers....
