Animation should not occur when it is turned off - but it still occurs.
What build are you using? on 5.0.1Gr2
Do you have apps-on-sd? yes
What radio? the new Sapphire radio
Did you wipe after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)? Yes
