What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i use the 3 way adapter to charge my phone and i run a 3.5 adapter to a 
set of pc speakers and subwoofer. i listen to internet radio on my 
jobsites everyday. the issue is that when i get a text or call, all audio 
gets knocked out. i have to reboot the phone to get my audio back.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the expected output would be for the music to stop and play the text 
notification or pause music while call is taken. instead,all audio is 
knocked out.

What build are you using?5.0.2hr2appstosd Do you have apps-on-sd?yes What 
radio?rc33testkeys.  Did you wipe  
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
yes

Interesting. I just purchased the HTC branded version of this and had a hell of 
a
time getting it working today when I first received it. I thought the headphone 
jack
itself was defective because I had to keep plugging and unplugging it over and 
over
and over for about 10 mintues to get it working.

go download ongoing music adapter from the market,the free version. and back it 
up 
incase it's ever pulled from the market. the app fixes the usb adapter issues.
