Wifi causes A2DP audio to cut out while not connected to a network. #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turn on WiFi but don't connect to a network
2.Turn on Bluetooth
3.Connect via A2DP and play something

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's exepected to play the mp3 smoothly.  Instead the Wifi search causes an
interruption every 40seconds or so in the audio.  Not sure if it's software
or actual RF interference. It could just be a hardware issue.

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
Verified on G and H r2.  Newest Radio, apps on phone, wiped before flashes.

Please provide any additional information below.
