Soft keyboard not working for T-mobile UK user #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Soft keyboard does not appear for any of the input apps
2. No keyboard appears, hard keyboard needs to be used.
3. Build 5.0.2Hr2 appstoSD, yes apps are on SD, radio is whatever is in
build version, yes phone was wiped before rebuild.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same problem with 5.0.1Hr3 and am a T-mobile US user.

I'm using 5.0.1Hr3 with T-mobile UK and works fine.

Meh, I feel stupid. After going through my settings, I noticed I didn't have my
touchinput setting on under locale/text... so of course it didn't work.
