Latitude was there in 5.01Gr2 built but not in Gr3 built

Perhaps a friend of you can download it, or wait till the haykuro team fix the 
market problem

Or if you have the 1.5 SDK - you can just use adb install to install it.

I've installed it, and run it, but nothing happend ? it's only open the google 
map,
and i still did't have latitude ..
