What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open up wifi settings, try to detect wpa-psk tkip
2. Make sure router is configured for wpa tkip
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Detects and connects to wpa-tkip, it detects as wep and sometimes open network.
What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
5.02Hr3 apps-on-sd, wiped, latest radio from 4.9
