Add Apps-To-Sd Script #215

The feature I would like to see is:
Include app2sd auto copy script

The build I want this on is:
all future builds  for setting up apps to sd seamlessly

See attached sh file, users can simply run appstosd and it copies the files
to the ext2 partition then creates symlinks, really simple

As an optional addon im sure we could create a script to auto partition the
sd card and create an ext2 partition
