Exchange Mail not working on 5.0.2Hr3 apps to sd

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install 5.0.2Hr3-appstosd-signed.zip
2.Try to setup Exchange 2007 account

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should sync emails, contacts, and calendars. Instead, I get all the way
to the screen that lets you select "Mail", "Contact", and "Calendar" as
sync options, but when I choose "Done" it just keeps spinning the laoding
icon saying "Processing..." and then I get "Error - Failed to create the
account. Please try again later." The weird part is that it worked fine
with this build: 5.0.2Hr2-signed.zip using all the same settings.

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)? I am running
5.0.2Hr3-appstosd-signed.zip with a 8gb sd card partitioned to approx 256mb
for ext2 and the rest as fat32. Other programs seem to be working so I know
the setup is ok. I'm not sure what the auto-wipe build is but I did do a
wipe before loading this build.

Please provide any additional information below.
