no new mail notification #223

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start mail-client 
2. Send mail towards it and leave the mailapp.
3. Wait till you get a notification.....

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is a new mail notification on the topbar. And what i
get instead is no mail notification.

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
im using the 5.0.2Hr3 version and not running apps-on-sd. Using the newest
radio but had the same problems on the "orginal" radio. The phone is
totally wiped without result. 

Please provide any additional information below.
