Screen does not lock onto a set home screen when the hard keyboard is used. #228

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Hard Keyboard in Home
2. Home goes from portrait to landscape
3. Close hard keyboard; goes back to portrait and does not lock onto a set 
home slider.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should lock back into the same slider I was on, not half way in between :)

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?

Thanks, the new Launcher.apk resolves this issue.  Will it be included in future
builds?  (Running 5.0.2Hr4)
