some apps require [back] before opening #232

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open certain apps - Astro is one
2. Titlebar appears and windows is black
3. Press [back] key to force app to display

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
5.0.2Hr3, apps in main memory, wiped after flash.

Please provide any additional information below.

I've also experiences this with My Downloads in the Market. The Market opens 
normally, 
but opening My Downloads  gives a black screen until [back] is pressed.

its the tips that popup, if you disable this in the settings it will stop

Gotcha, that fixes Astro. Thanks. Any ideas about the Market problem? Maybe 
it'a just a side-effect of 
the fixes Haykuro had to do to make it work...?

I swear I saw this with a few other apps too... will report back if/when i find 
them.

Pkt eBay app does same thing w/ disclaimer popup. Looks like it's an issue with 
popup screens maybe?
